"Great selection for hockey gear"
I’ve ordered from icewarehouse.com a few times now, and like I said, the biggest thing for me is the selection. They usually have the sticks, skates, gloves, and even those random little replacement parts I end up needing, all in one spot.
It’s just easier than bouncing around between five different sites trying to find the right size or brand. Some stuff does sell out here and there, but like I said, they still have way more options than most hockey shops I’ve used.

My order arrived faster than I thought it would, and everything was in good shape with no issues at all. Always a nice feeling when something just goes smoothly from start to finish.

"Returns were more hassle than I expected"
I ordered a pair of skates from Ice Warehouse and ended up needing a different size. The skates themselves seemed fine, and I like the selection on the site, but the exchange process was more of a headache than I thought it would be.
I had to pay for return shipping, then wait around for updates, and whenever I asked about it, it felt like the answer was basically “that’s our policy.” Customer service did respond, but not quickly enough to make the process feel smooth. Not a terrible experience overall, but the return policy made it way more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Pretty decent skates, but the wheels didn’t hold up"
The skates are fine overall, and I don’t want to be too harsh, but I was a bit disappointed with how quickly the wheels started wearing down. They’re comfortable enough and work okay, but i expected them to last longer.

"Super easy site to get around"
I mean, Icewarehouse.com was really easy to use. I was able to find the skates and the sizes I needed without, like, clicking around forever or getting lost. The filters actually helped too, which is always nice because some sites make that way more annoying than it needs to be. Pages loaded fast, checkout was simple, and overall it just didn’t feel confusing like some other hockey sites can. So yeah, it was a smooth experience.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a sizing issue with my order and they jumped in, way faster than I expected, and got it sorted out without any hassle. Super easy to deal with, and I’d definitely order from here again.
